Pratonevoso
Pratonevoso (Cuneo, Italy)
is one of
Piedmont's most
forward thinking ski resorts.
It is situated
approximately one and a half hours' drive from the town of
Genoa and just over one
hour's drive from Turin (2006 Olympic
Winter Games) The
ski area stretches from
1500m
of the village up to at
2300m
of the Mondolč Mount.
With wide
ranging terrain from gentle nursery slopes to challenging
well mantained slopes you can be sure to
find the ideal terrain for your standard of skiing. Mondolč
Ski is the great "domaine skiable" of Pratonevoso and
Artesina. There are around 100 Kms slopes (drop: 800m,
downtown: 1500m);5 ski schools - more than 170 trainers;
snowpark with half-pipe and border cross; night lights over
two slopes served by a 4 people chair lift. Pratolandia
is the fun park: 10.000 square meters dedicated to the
children from 3 to 10 years: a great advantage not only for
children but also for their
mothers!

and widened the lighted area (to two different
slopes).
Cross country skiing and health club with
indoor pool , saunas, exercise room, and hot tubs (ready for
Xmas 2005).
